These website terms explain current practices in plain language. They do not replace a signed, project-specific service agreement or professional advice for a particular situation.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to payloadertech.com, its project builder, contact forms, and related website communications operated by PAYLOADER TECH, an Illinois-based independent business operated by its owners. It does not automatically cover a client website that we may build or a third-party service with its own privacy policy.
2. Information you choose to provide
When you use the project builder or contact form, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, business or organization name, business type, current website, project goals, selected website plan and features, budget range, desired timing, style preferences, and the message or project details you submit.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through these forms.
3. Information collected for operation and security
Our hosting and website systems may process an IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, security events, and similar technical data. The project-request system stores a one-way technical fingerprint derived from connection information and may store a browser user-agent string. We use this information to operate the forms, prevent spam, investigate errors, and protect the site.
4. How we use information
- Respond to questions and project requests.
- Prepare recommendations, proposals, and service communications.
- Send the customer a request confirmation and notify our internal business channels.
- Provide and support services after a separate agreement is signed.
- Maintain business, accounting, consent, and security records.
- Improve the clarity, reliability, and safety of the website.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights or the rights of others.
Submitting a project request does not subscribe you to promotional email. If we offer marketing email later, we will request separate permission where required and include an unsubscribe method.
5. When information is disclosed
We may disclose information to hosting, database, email-delivery, internal notification, security, analytics, storage, and other service providers that help us operate the website or provide an agreed service. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor involved in a legitimate business transfer.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not publish project requests or the customer email address.
6. Retention
We generally aim to remove inactive inquiries within 24 months after the last meaningful contact. We may retain a record longer when it becomes part of a client relationship, is needed for taxes or accounting, documents consent or a contract, helps prevent abuse, supports a legal claim, or is otherwise required by law. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten through normal operations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including restricted access, protected server configuration, validation, and abuse controls. No website, database, or transmission method can promise absolute security. If we learn of a security incident, we will evaluate and respond to it under applicable law.
8. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or object to further project contact, by emailing info@payloadertech.com. We may need to verify the request and may keep information that the law permits or requires us to retain. You can stop ordinary project communication by telling us, although we may still send a necessary administrative or legal message.
9. Children
This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request review and deletion.
10. United States operation and policy changes
The website is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in locations used by our service providers. We may update this policy when our practices change. The updated date will be posted here, and material changes will be explained when appropriate.
