These website terms explain current practices in plain language. They do not replace a signed, project-specific service agreement or professional advice for a particular situation.
1. Operator and acceptance
PAYLOADER TECH is an Illinois-based independent business operated by its owners. It is not represented on this website as a limited liability company or corporation. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Informational website, not a contract offer
Website descriptions, examples, recommendations, custom pricing, timelines, and feature lists are general planning information. Submitting a project or contact form does not create a contract, reserve a date, require payment, or require either side to proceed. Paid work begins only after the parties approve a separate written agreement or proposal that identifies the scope and commercial terms.
3. Estimates, taxes, and outside costs
The $799 Small Business Partner and $1,499 Standard Commercial base rates include the same website foundation. Partner eligibility is subject to PayLoader Tech review. Add-on prices marked with a plus sign are starting amounts in U.S. dollars. A final quote may change based on content volume, revisions, integrations, custom behavior, timing, accessibility needs, data migration, or other confirmed requirements. Applicable taxes may be added when required. Domains, hosting tiers, payment processing, ordering platforms, point-of-sale systems, shipping tools, licensed media, plugins, and other third-party charges are separate unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
4. Permitted use
You may use this website to learn about services and submit genuine business inquiries. You may not interfere with the website, probe or access systems without permission, bypass security, submit malware, impersonate another person, scrape the site in a harmful manner, send spam, violate law, or use the forms to harass others. We may restrict access or discard submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the site or others.
5. Your submissions
You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. You keep ownership of your submitted material. You give us a limited permission to store, copy, review, and use it only as reasonably needed to respond, prepare a proposal, provide an agreed service, maintain records, and protect the website.
6. Website content and intellectual property
The PAYLOADER TECH name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and code are owned by or licensed to PAYLOADER TECH and are protected by applicable law. You may view the site for ordinary personal or business evaluation. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, or create a misleading copy of the site or brand without written permission. Ownership of work created for a client is governed by that client's separate signed agreement.
7. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or discuss services we do not control. Those providers have their own terms, availability, security, pricing, and privacy practices. A reference to a provider is not a guarantee that it will remain available or fit every project.
8. Disclaimers
We work to keep this website useful and available, but it is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the public website, including uninterrupted operation, error-free content, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee search rankings, visitor levels, sales, revenue, accessibility certification, legal compliance for a client's industry, or compatibility with every outside service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PAYLOADER TECH and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising only from use of this public website. For a claim concerning this public website, any direct liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the public website, which is normally zero. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited. Liability for paid client services is addressed in the separate signed service agreement.
10. Illinois law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Questions may be sent to info@payloadertech.com.
